The No That Leads You Back to You
Is saying yes destroying your life?
Are you tired of going from self improvement plan to self improvement plan and still feel like you're bleeding?
Is your marriage one more compromise from being over?
Are you done being dependable at work while you watch less competent colleagues get promoted?
Are you the strong one — the one everyone counts on, and exhausted by how long you've been doing it without anyone asking if you're okay?
I created ENOUGH because I was her — multiple degrees, six-figure salary, three jobs, still saying yes to everything that drained me.
What finally changed wasn't a book or a list. It was understanding that the yes was a reflex firing in my body before my brain could catch up. Once I learned to interrupt it there — in the two-second window — things changed.
That's what ENOUGH teaches you to do. In your own voice. In your own life.
"I would not have done that before. I would have stayed quiet and made sure everyone else was okay. That's not who I am anymore."
— Racquel L., Former clientHow it works
01
Someone needs something. The request lands. Your body registers it before your mind does.
02
Chest tightens. Shoulders rise. Breath holds. Your yes fires here, before your brain has time to weigh in. This is the reflex.
03
This is where ENOUGH lives. Before the yes leaves your mouth. You learn to catch it here — in your body, and choose.
Most people try to change the yes with willpower. ENOUGH interrupts it before it fires.
What ENOUGH is
If you watched the free training, you felt it. You know what the reflex is. You can explain it.
But knowing what's happening and stopping it in the moment that matters — those are two different things.
ENOUGH is where you interrupt the yes in your own voice, as a practice — not a concept. In your own life, in the exact two seconds before the yes leaves your mouth. That is where the work lives. That is where this begins.
Four modules. Self-paced. Yours for life. A guided audio with Dr. Jite for each module that you listen to first. Then you do the work yourself, in your own time, in your own voice.
By the end, you'll have your own blueprint for the moment the yes wants to fire, and the practice to interrupt it before it does.
What's inside
Module 01
Ninety days of your yeses, on paper, in front of you. The committee you joined because no one else would. The friend you keep showing up for who never asks how you're doing. The morning hour that always ends up belonging to other people's emails. You'll see the whole map — where your time, energy, and attention have been going, and what's left over for you. This is the module that ends the question: Am I really doing too much? You'll know.
Module 02
No is a complete sentence. But your nervous system has been running an old program that says yes is safer. Here you map your specific no blocks — what happens in your body when the ask lands, what story your mind tells in that moment. Then you rebuild with the No Script Bank: ready-to-use phrases rewritten in your own voice for family, work, and the guilt trip that comes after. Then the Practice Ladder — one low-stakes no this week, one medium-stakes no you've been avoiding, one high-stakes no you just need to name. And what to do when the guilt spiral starts after the no, because it will.
Module 03
Once you stop giving every yes away, the question underneath everything gets loud: what do you actually want? Not what makes sense for everyone, or keeps the household functioning. What you want. This module asks you to go back to who you were before you became responsible for everyone else — the career you quietly let go of, the version of yourself you put on hold. It asks what you're jealous of when you see it in someone else. If your first answer is "I don't know" — that's exactly where the work begins. You leave with a sorted list of buried yeses and one you're ready to act on.
Module 04
Not a vision board. You complete the workbook with a solid yes, a specific aligned action, and a date — signed by you. This is the moment it stops being insight and becomes your life.
What you leave with
That's the real yes that's been waiting.
What becomes possible
Dr. Jite — what the yes was costing her
Before: I paid for things I didn't want to pay for, because the discomfort of someone else feeling awkward was more than I could stand. I agreed to host events I had no energy for and showed up smiling. I drove across town for people who never once asked if I was okay. I said yes to committees, gatherings, and obligations that had nothing to do with what I actually wanted. Not because I was generous. Because I didn't know how to stop.
After: Once I learned to interrupt the yes before it fired — in my body, in the two-second window — I stopped organizing my life around other people's comfort. I kept money I'd been giving away. I stopped showing up places I didn't choose. I got entire days back that used to disappear into things I never agreed to in my own name.
"I didn't know what the yes was costing me until I wrote it all down."

That's what becomes available.
Or if you are the type of person who does nothing after the insight you got from the training, this is what happens if you close this page and do nothing.
Next week someone asks and you say yes before you finish the thought.
You reorganize your Saturday and show up feeling exhausted and a little resentful that you didn't do what you said you would when you said yes.
So you smile through it and six months from now you're still in the exact same place.
Tired. Overextended. Still waiting for something to change on its own.
BUT, it won't. The automatic yes does not stop because you want it to. It stops because you chose to interrupt it over and over again until it becomes its own default reflex.
That is what this is for.
This is the foundation. You notice. You interrupt. You make one decision for yourself.
If your life structure has just shifted whether it's marriage, a role, or the version of yourself you outgrew and you're ready to do this work in a small room of Black women with direct coaching, UNLOCKED is the next step.
But ENOUGH is where it starts. For everyone.
