6-Week Live Group Coaching · Dr. Jite · First Cohort
For the high-achieving Black woman whose marriage ended, whose kids left, whose career shifted, and who is ready to find out who she actually is when the roles her life was centered around are gone.
A pattern almost always hides under a midlife shift. Break it and you stop repeating the past.
Where you are
The transition happened. Whatever it was, the roles your life was centered around moved, and you're standing in what's left.
You got on the phone and told the story, maybe more than once. You got four different opinions back, and none of them quite fit, because none of them were actually about your life. Somewhere in the middle of all of it, a question showed up that you didn't have time to sit with: I don't even know what to do right now.
That part passes. It always does. What doesn't pass as easily is what's underneath it.
You did everything right. You have a successful career, a nice home, and the stability people said would make you happy.
From the outside, you still do. Underneath it, you don't recognize your life anymore.
Here's what nobody tells you.
This feeling didn't start with the transition.
It was already there, quiet enough to live with, easy enough to call normal, because you're functioning, high-functioning, even.
There are weekends you cancel because you can't, and tears that won't come even when you try.
The transition didn't create it.
The transition exposed it.
"Pushing through is not the same as living."
"When his needs weren't being met, he left. When my needs weren't being met for years, I stayed."
— Past clientThat's why you can't move on the way everyone keeps telling you to. Moving on assumes the only thing that happened was the transition. What actually happened is bigger than that, and it's been happening for longer than that.
UNLOCKED is where both of those are surfaced and acknowledged at once, not only what to do next, but what's actually been happening the entire time, and what you do once you can finally see it.
Six weeks from now, you're not the woman explaining how you're feeling through the break up, or the career shift, or the empty house, to one more person who wants to help but doesn't understand.
You've become the woman who looks back and says, I didn't know it would knock me over this hard.
But I can see now it happened for me, not to me. I'm actually where I want to be, for the first time.
Why UNLOCKED exists
You shaped your identity around being chosen and needed, the one everyone could count on.
Now the role is gone. You don't know who you are without it.
This isn't only about the divorce or the empty nest or the career change. If everything that needed you disappeared today, who would you be? What would you do with your days? Who are your people?
Most women try to answer this alone. You read the books, you do the work, and you still can't see yourself clearly. That isn't a failure. The problem was never a lack of information. No one taught you how to create a life around yourself instead of everyone else.
This is the moment most women reach and don't know what to do with. UNLOCKED is where you cross it.
"I've never had the opportunity to explore me."

Meet Jite
I guide high-achieving women through a midlife shift, whether it's divorce, an empty nest, retirement, or a career change. I help them break the pattern the shift exposed, so instead of rushing to rebuild the old normal, they get clear on what's next and create a life that fits who they are now. Eventually, they see what happened as something that happened for them, not to them.
My mom loved me in the way she knew how. But somewhere along the way, I learned that love had to be earned. That I had to be more, do more, achieve more to be worthy of being liked, and not just loved, but liked.
So I went after degrees, took on debt, said yes before I'd finished deciding, and took on the identity of an achiever whose entire goal was external success. My life was me trying to earn what was supposed to be given freely. And then I realized I was running out of time to live it.
It was not a big life shift that first showed me the pattern. It was a friendship. Someone I had invested in for years. When she pulled away, I started to see it. The dynamic had always been one-sided. I had been showing up, adjusting, making myself easier to be around, making it work.
Her pulling away didn't create that pattern. It just made it impossible to ignore. The pattern followed me through every shift. It was there in every role I took on. Every decision I made around everyone else first.
It was the Yes Reflex. Hypervigilance. Automatic reaching before my mind could decide. Smiling through rooms I needed to leave.
That's why I created UNLOCKED.
I didn't read about this or guess what was happening. I lived inside it.

What becomes possible
How Racquel went from earning approval → living for herself
Before: Doing everything she was supposed to be doing. But something felt off. Like she hadn't fully accessed all of who she was.
After: She opened herself up to love again. Started dating. Got married. Wrote her first book.
"There's another level of who you are."
— Racquel L., Former 1:1 ClientHow she went from staying silent → holding her ground
Before: Not accustomed to saying no. Making sure everyone else was okay first.
"I realized how much of a people pleaser I had become. What I am about to do is good for me, but why does it feel so difficult?"
— Former 1:1 ClientAfter: "I would not have done that before. I would have stayed quiet and made sure everyone else was okay. That's not who I am anymore."
How she went from unheard → finally seen
Before: Knowing what she wanted but unable to put it into words — let alone ask for it.
"You were able to hone in on the needs I knew I wanted but didn't articulate, and create a plan around that."
— Current 1:1 ClientIn 6 weeks, this changes
You stop grieving what you thought your life was supposed to be.
You make peace with what ended. You stop waiting for someone who was never going to show up. You're honest about what you want, maybe for the first time in your adult life.
You start creating the next chapter instead of waiting for it.
What you leave with
01
The pattern she's been calling her personality, finally interrupted, so it stops making her decisions for her without her even noticing.
02
What she actually wants, not what she's supposed to want, specific enough that she can't talk herself out of it the next time doubt shows up.
03
One real moment from the six weeks where she decided from herself and nothing fell apart, so she has proof, not just a feeling, that she can do it again and again.
04
What she's been dealing with that she wasn't supposed to, finally released for good.
05
Three things she's already moving toward, with dates attached, proof she's not waiting for the right moment anymore because she's already in it.

CHOOSE
BECOME
SEE
She recognizes the pattern that showed up before. It's repeating in this shift.
RECONCILE
She stops fighting what happened. The moment becomes something that happened for her, not to her.
CHOOSE
She decides what she wants next. The decision comes from what she just saw about herself.
BECOME
She comes out with a clear picture of the life she wants, and begins living toward it.
This is for you if
You have the career, the home, the travel, the life everyone said would make you happy. You have it. Most days you can point to it and say, I did that. And somewhere in the middle of having it, it stopped feeling like yours. It's become a life that works.
Maybe it was a relationship that ended, or a role you finally outgrew, or a version of yourself you can't quite locate anymore. Whatever it was, you're starting over from the middle of a life that still looks finished from the outside, gifts you've been sitting on, telling yourself later, later, later.
You thought you'd already dealt with some of this. Then it came back up anyway, the same feeling, wearing a different transition.
And underneath all of it, you want to actually be available, for the people you love, for a relationship if that's what you want, for your own life. Not managing it from a distance. In it.
If that's you, you don't need a blueprint. You need a room.
If you want a step-by-step plan or someone to motivate you into action, this isn't for you. If you already feel this is a yes, that's all you need.
The first cohort
That means something. You're not joining a machine that's been running for years. You're stepping into a room that's shaped around the women who show up. The attention is undivided. The container is intimate in a way it may never be again at this size and this price.
It means you're the kind of woman who trusts what she already feels.
Imagine
Imagine six weeks from now. A Saturday comes and you don't cancel, because you actually want to go. The money that used to disappear into things that filled a gap for an afternoon stays in your account, because the gap isn't asking to be filled that way anymore. Imposter syndrome doesn't get the final word. You stop waiting for permission to show up fully, and the gifts you've been holding back finally get shared. Someone asks how you're doing, and you say something true, not a status update. You feel whole.
That's what becomes available. If you already know you're ready, your seat is below.

Questions
What if I can't make a call?
All sessions are recorded and replays are included. You'll have access to revisit the material whenever you need it.
What if I don't feel ready to share in a group?
You never have to share more than you're ready to. The room is intimate — five women, curated by hand — so it becomes a place of safety quickly. But you set your own pace.
Do I have support between calls?
Yes. WhatsApp access to Dr. Jite and the community between sessions. Real-time support when something comes up — not three days later after you've already paid the price.
Will this work even if I don't know what I want yet?
Yes. Not knowing what you want is often where the work begins. That's not a reason to wait — it's the reason to come.
What if I'm still in the middle of it?
UNLOCKED is designed for exactly that moment. You don't need to have landed anywhere yet. Whatever's shifting — divorce, empty nest, career change, retirement — that's the opening, and that's where we start.
What is the refund policy?
Because this is a small group with limited seats, refunds are not available once the program begins. If you need to cancel before we start, email info@drjitelark.com to request a refund minus processing fees.
