What we offer

Prosper with Jite sells digital products and coaching services, which may include:

• Free training, available at no cost when you sign up
• ENOUGH, a self-paced workbook and audio product
• UNLOCKED, a six-week live group coaching program with limited spots
• COMPLETE, a set of private coaching sessions

Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us or use our services. By purchasing, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give us is accurate.

Payment and pricing

Prices are listed on each product page and are in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Some products may be available as a single payment or as a payment plan. If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay each installment on schedule. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

When you buy, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the amount shown, including any installments for a payment plan.

Refunds

Our refund policy depends on which product you buy.

ENOUGH. ENOUGH is a digital product delivered to you immediately after purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and no refunds are available.

UNLOCKED and COMPLETE. These are live programs with a limited number of spots. When you enroll, we reserve a place for you. If you change your mind before your first live session begins, you may request a refund of what you paid, minus the payment processing fees we are charged on the transaction. Email info@drjitelark.com to request it. Once your first live session has begun, the program is non-refundable, because your spot was held and used.

Payment plans. If you enrolled on a payment plan and your first live session has begun, you remain responsible for the full balance, including any remaining installments.

How you can use what you buy

When you buy a product or program, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own benefit. You may not:

• Share, resell, copy, or distribute the materials
• Give your login or access to anyone else
• Use the materials to create a competing product or program

All content, including workbooks, audio, videos, frameworks, and written materials, belongs to Prosper with Jite and is protected by copyright. The UNLOCKED Arc, the Yes Reflex framework, and all related materials remain our property.

About coaching and results

Our products and coaching are for education and personal growth. They are not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. Nothing we provide is therapy or medical treatment.

We care about your progress, and we share what has worked for others, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific result. What you get out of the work depends on your own effort and circumstances. If you are dealing with a medical or mental health condition, please work with a licensed professional.

Live programs: attendance and conduct

For live programs like UNLOCKED:

• Calls are held at the scheduled times. We are not able to offer make-up calls for sessions you miss, though recordings may be provided where available.
• We treat each other with respect. We may remove anyone from a program, without refund, for behavior that is abusive or disruptive to the group.
• Spots are limited and reserved for you once you enroll.

Changes to programs

We may make reasonable changes to the schedule, format, or contents of a program when needed. If a major change affects what you signed up for, we will let you know.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Prosper with Jite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, our products, or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the product or service the claim relates to.

Your content and communications

If you share anything with us during a program, including questions or personal reflections, you keep ownership of it. By sharing in a group setting, you understand others in the group may see it. We ask all participants to keep what is shared in the group private.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in New York.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site or our products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
