This Privacy Policy explains how Prosper with Jite ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit drjitelark.com (the "Site") or buy our products and services. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

Who we are
Prosper with Jite is a coaching and education business based in New York, United States. We sell digital products and live coaching programs, including ENOUGH, UNLOCKED, and COMPLETE, and we offer free training. Our contact email is info@drjitelark.com.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you sign up for free training, join our email list, or buy a product, we collect your name, email address, and any details you choose to share with us. When you make a purchase, our payment processor collects your payment information. We do not see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we may collect basic technical information such as your browser type, device, and pages viewed. We use this to understand how people use the Site and to improve it.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Deliver the products and services you buy
- Send you the free training and emails you signed up for
- Respond to your questions and provide support
- Process payments and send receipts
- Run and improve the Site
- Meet our legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
The services we share data with
To run our business, we use trusted third-party services that process some of your information on our behalf. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job. These include:
- Stripe processes payments and sends receipts.
- Kit (formerly ConvertKit) stores your email address and sends our emails.
- Make (make.com) connects our tools so that when you buy something, you receive access.
- Google provides Google Drive, which we use to deliver digital product files, and Google Analytics, which helps us understand Site traffic.
- Zoom hosts our live coaching calls. If you join a live program, your name and email are used to give you access to the calls.
Each of these companies has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to see how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies, which are small files stored on your device. This helps us understand which pages are useful and how to improve. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the Site may work less well if you do. We do not use advertising pixels on the Site.
International visitors
We are based in the United States, and your information is processed there. If you visit or buy from outside the United States, including the United Kingdom, the European Union, or Canada, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, and we work only with services that do the same. No method of storing or sending data online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take it seriously.
Children
The Site and our products are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, email info@drjitelark.com and we will delete it.
